    1.Beginning Stance
     

    Face East.Stand straight;Life your left foot,and move it left until feet are shoulder width apart.Slowly raise both arms forward until arms are parallel with the ground;Now,slowly lower both arms until the hands are level with the navel.Breath naturally,relax the shoulders,relax the chest,slightly bend the knees,and breath from from belly.

    2.Jin Gang Dao Dui
     

    Move the body slightly left and then right,let the hand follow the body move from left to right;life the left foot and take one step to the NW direction;Move center of gravity to the left side of the body,move both hands down and then up,ending in front of the chest;left hand lay on the right forearm,move the right foot close to the left foot;Left palm face up,make right hand into a fist,and move it up and smash it onto the left palm.Lift the right leg,and stomp.

    3.Shang San Bu
     

    Turn the body slightly left,move both hand in anti-clockwise circular motion,make three steps forward at the same time.

    4.Yan Shou Hong Quan(left)
     

    Make the left hand into a fist and in front of the navel,right palm face up;move the center to the right,turn slightly right;thrust the left fist forward,using the force of the left leg and waist.

    5.Shuang Tui Shou
     

    Open the left fist,palm facing up,move the right palm close to the left palm;move the center left,turn slightly left,move both hands down and towards the left in an arc path,ending near the left shoulder;move the center to the right foot,turn slightly to the right,move the left foot to the inner side of the right foot,with the tip of the toe touching the ground,push with both hands forward,parallel with the ground.

    6.Dao Juan Hong
     

    Move the right hand backwards and ending near the chest,left palm facing up and end near the chest;Move the left foot backwards,and the left hand follows the left foot forming an arc.Repeat three five times.

    7.Shan Tong Bei
     

    Move the center left,move both hands in an arc motion downwards,left hand near the left knee,right hand in front of the right thigh,move the right toe clockwise,the turn the body 180 degrees,move both hands above the head and in front of the chest,palm facing up.Try to make this movement as fluid as possible.

    8.Yan Shou Hong Quan(right)
     

    Make one step forward with the left foot,make a fist with the right hand;move the center to the left,turn body slightly left,thrust the body with the power from the right leg,punch with the right fist.

    9.Finishing Move
     

    Move the center left and then right,move the left and right hand from the side of the body to the center,palm facing down,parallel with the ground,move both hands down and lower the body slightly,move both hands to the side of the body,stand up straight.
