Tulku Gang-jian

On August 9th,2014, Tulku Gang-jian, together with some of his dispels at home and
abroad and Mrs. Chai Yifang, director of the Zhou Enlai Cultural Relics Protection
Fund, and Huang Fukai, president of the Beijing Tibetan Medication Hospital, payed
a visit to the Peace Temple, which is located in the Changping District of Beijing.
They were warmly welcomed by master De-Chan, host of the temple.

In the temple, attended by master De-Chan, Tulku Gang-jian took a tour around the
temple. He went into every Buddha hall in this temple and presented pure white
khatag to each buddha in the halls to show his respect.

    
 
Being the only temple in China bearing the name of “peace”, the Peace Temple is
recognised as one of the ashrams to best pray and advocate the conception of
peace, and is also the core part of the World Culture Park of Peace.

After the visit to the Peace Temple, the party came to the Wufu Hall in the Pangu
Plaza, and was warmly welcomed by Mr.Song Zifu, who introduced to the guests his
ideas about the World Culture Park of Peace and showed his determination to the
peace undertaking, which won Tulku Gang-jiang’s approval and compliments.

    

A peaceful environment is essential  in the completion of the Chinese Dream. Chinese
Buddhism is in essence a sort of education, which contains great wisdom and leads
people to supreme good. Buddhism was introduced to China around the Han Dynasty,
since then it has gradually taken in it the traditional Chinese thoughts of
Confucianism and Taoism, forming an unique Buddhist culture with Chinese 
characteristics. We believe that with Tulku Gangchen’s participation in the
programme of the peace culture park, our dream of making a tolerable peaceful world
will come to reality soon.
