Public Welfare Enterprising---Shengji Art School
Students from the Martial Arts Class and their teacher Zhang Jiazhen
One becomes the most powerful creature when they have dreams; one would be the
happiest man being merciful and doing good deeds. To make one’s dreams come true,
one needs a big platform. As many teenagers are dispirited in their beliefs and
perplexed and aimless, a group of unfortunate yet optimistic Tibetan children
demonstrated a positive energy--they pursuit their dreams and aspirations to gain
glory for their motherland. So positive and optimistic are they that they become the idols for the confused teenagers and have woken up the faith of so many young people,
stimulating inside them great strength!
One day, they successfully stood on the stage of CCTV and the theatre of the grand
People’s Conference Hall with their impressive performance entitled “Cheng Ren”,
which was so emotionally affecting that it touched deeply the heart of the audience
and the judges. Their excellent performance was greeted with thunderous applause and
was reported to have touched the whole nation, and thus, they won the second place in the final.
Who are they?
They are a bunch of Tibetan children who lost their family in the Wenchuan earthquake
in May 12th, 2008, and were adopted by Shengji Art School in Beijing. By action,
these children demonstrate the spirit of “the stronger the youth, the more powerful their country”.
What is the benefit of engaging in welfare undertakings?
It may stimulate potential of teamwork, and cultivate the spirit of mutual benefit.
It may improve people’s immunity system, reduce the prevalence rate of mental
disease, physiological disease as well as cancer, and facilitate the procedure of
rehabilitation.
A well-developed welfare industry is an indicator of the powerful positive energy
field and positive intangible-energy field of the society; it is also an indicator of
the improvement of the harmony and mercifulness of the society.
